thank god tomorrow is february and there is all this extra fitspo for it. ive been binging a bit in the past couple days, but a new month just feels like a fresh start. im gonna keep february binge free. rewards for staying without binging -
if after the entire month i have (my average is once or twice a week :/) -
2 binges - buy a new weight (i only have one 5 pound weight currently o.o)
1 binge - buy a really good fitness app on the app store (getting an ipod touch, should be here in the next couple of days)
no binges - one extra day next month for a complete relax no count rest day (no restrictions on eating, no need for exercise, and just relax. the most i usually do is have one day a week where i can have a dessert or something)
